The Home Infusion Experience Redesigned

Heritage Biologics is committed to providing a preeminent infusion experience for all patients. Our team of infusion nursing specialists have been fully trained in our Pharmacy Patient Experience, or RXPX® program. Our nurses coordinate with our RXPX® staff to build customized infusion plans based on clinical requirements. We use a fully integrated collaborative care model so that patient feedback and real-time health analytics are shared with the right stakeholders at the right time.

24/7 Access

Our Ig certified nurses and rare-disease pharmacists are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can relax knowing our clinical staff is always available.

Virtual Health

Every patient has access to the HBNow virtual health service, with premium video access to our nurses and pharmacists at no extra cost.
