Step By Step Instructions
STEP 1
Once you click on the link, enter all of your information and click CONTINUE.
STEP 2
In order to create an account, you need a User ID. You can either create one, or use your email by checking the "Use my email as my User ID" box at the top. Create a password, then select and answer a security question. Check the box at the bottom, and click CONTINUE.
STEP 3
Hit SEND CODE. An activation code will be sent to you via a text message.
STEP 4
Enter the activation code texted to you and click SUBMIT.
STEP 5
Enter your phone number into the text field in order to receive tracking text alerts. Click SAVE.
STEP 6
FedEx will send you a text prompting you to reply YES.
Note: If you do not reply YES, you will not receive the text updates.
